How VBL started
Our Story
Vintage Beauty Lounge was built as an extension of Vintage Hair Studio. Vintage Hair Studio offers a variety of stylists who have been behind the chair for a multitude of years. Vintage Hair Studio is the cuts and colors, or the chemical services. The environment is busy. The energy is charismatic. The stylists at Vintage Hair Studio have dedicated their time to creating custom hair colors and designs, which makes them not always available for a specialized hair service, makeup, or skin service. That’s where Vintage Beauty Lounge came to be. I was presented with the idea of a “one-stop shop” for beauty after talking with my team, and my clients who were craving a place to get ready for an event or have a girl's night. Vintage Beauty Lounge is the oasis, where you get treated with spa-like tranquility, and leave feeling like your best self.
Meet the owner
Jenn Falzarano, Owner & Master Stylist
I’ve always been intrigued by hair, the color, shine, the fiber, the dimension, movement and the luxuriousness of it. I’ve always had a passion for hair as far back as I can remember.
After high school, I attended Bentley where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in finance. I also had a love for entrepreneurship. About 3 years after obtaining my business degree I decided to take a leap of faith and attended cosmetology school.
For the past 18 years I have worked behind the chair and never questioned one day of my decision to pursue this career. As hard as some days can be, I feel beyond blessed that I was able to make my passion my job. From my clients to my co-workers and most especially, my extremely talented assistant, they all are part of this creative world I live in and it continues to inspire me daily.
